Civil society development and gender in Afghanistan

Sippi Azarbaijani-Moghaddam is a social scientist, consultant and gender expert who has spent more than 20 years in conflict and post-conflict settings, working with governments, local leaders, civil society and communities. With a professional engagement in Afghanistan since 1995, she has devoted a lot of her work to defend Afghan women’s rights and has published widely on issues of gender, social differences and community development.

We are happy to welcome you to an open lecture with Sippi Azarbaijani-Moghaddam in which she will talk about civil society development and gender issues in Afghanistan.
